It’s a fun, friendly, non-gym environment where there’s no judgement & low fitness level participants are welcome.
It’s a great chance to have fun while exercising; have a chat, laugh, dance to the upbeat background music and punch away any stress!
You can come with a friend or partner with other ladies who join by themselves.
Each session runs for approximately 60 minutes and all the equipment you need (boxing gloves, pads etc.) will be provided for you to use.

Warrimoo Trainer Details

Hello! My name is Mark Steenholdt, the founder of Look Good Feel Good Fitness. I’m excited to have Belinda (pictured middle, front row) leading our women’s boxing sessions at Warrimoo. Belinda creates a space where women feel comfortable, supported, and capable — no matter their fitness level.

Warrimoo Timetable
Our Women’s Boxing Fitness sessions are on Thursdays 6.30pm. Sessions run for approximately 60 minutes.
Warrimoo Training Location
We have a great location for our boxing fitness sessions; Warrimoo Citizens Hall – 7 Eley Hawkins Drive, Warrimoo. The hall has fans, toilets and easy car parking.

Is there a contract or lock-in period?
No. There are no long-term contracts. Payments are a simple weekly direct debit, and you can pause or cancel anytime with notice.
What happens when I start?
Belinda (your trainer) will guide you through the basics—or refresh your skills if you’ve boxed before—so you build confidence, improve technique, and enjoy every session.
Do I need to be fit to start?
Absolutely not. Our sessions are designed for all fitness levels. You’ll progress at your own pace while building strength, confidence, and stamina.
I’ve never boxed before — is that okay?
Yes! Most members start with no boxing experience. Our sessions focus on fun, easy-to-learn techniques that get you moving, relieve stress, and feel empowering from your very first class.
What should I bring?
Just comfortable workout clothes, water, and a positive attitude! You can bring your own boxing gloves and pads or borrow ours.
