Terms and Conditions:
1. I understand that only the participants of the women fitness sessions (aged 16+) can come into the hall where the group fitness sessions will be held. I agree to not bring children or anyone else.
2. I acknowledge that photos & videos may be taken at the sessions and Mark Steenholdt may use these photos & videos in advertising material to promote his business.
3.I acknowledge that participating in this physical activity is done at my own risk. I accept all risks and release Mark Steenholdt (and any other trainer acting on behalf of Mark Steenholdt/Look Good Feel Good Fitness) from any liability associated with my participation in the physical activity.
I acknowledge that participating in this physical activity may involve a risk of injury. I attest to being physically capable of participating in physical activity and a qualified medical practitioner has not advised me otherwise. I am not aware of any medical condition, injury or impairment that will be detrimental to my health if I participate in this physical activity. I will advise my trainer immediately if I become aware of any medical condition, injury or impairment in the future.
4. I acknowledge Mark Steenholdt reserves the right to change the classes/class timetable at any time.
5. I acknowledge sessions won't run on public holidays, but I can do a make up session on another day/different location.
I acknowledge refunds will not be provided for any sessions I miss & any payments made will not be credited towards future weeks. I acknowledge that I can cancel my payments at any time by contacting Mark Steenholdt in writing (text or email). I acknowledge that if I wish to pause or cancel my direct debit payments, I must give 7 days notice.
