It’s a fun, friendly, non-gym environment where there’s no judgement & low fitness level participants are welcome.
It’s a great chance to have fun while exercising; have a chat, laugh, dance to the upbeat background music and punch away any stress!
You can come with a friend or partner with other ladies who join by themselves.
Each session runs for approximately 60 minutes and all the equipment you need (boxing gloves, pads etc.) will be provided for you to use.

Hello! My name is Mark Steenholdt, the founder of Look Good Feel Good Fitness. I’m a qualified personal trainer and have successfully completed a group exercise leader course and a boxing for fitness leader course.
I always strive to create a welcoming environment where you can have fun and reap the benefits of keeping fit.
Penrith Timetable
Our Women’s Boxing Fitness sessions are on Thursdays 6.30pm. Sessions run for approximately 60 minutes.
Penrith Training Location
We have a great location for our boxing fitness sessions; York Public School (224 Evan Street, South Penrith NSW 2750). There is ample parking and a main hall which has air conditioning, heating, fans, toilets and an outdoor undercover area.

Start Alongside Other New Members

Every 4 weeks, new members start together, so you’ll:
• Never feel like the only new person walking into an established group
• Begin alongside other new members
• Learn the boxing fundamentals or refresh your skills with guidance from your trainer, Mark.

Is there a contract or lock-in period?
No. There are no long-term contracts. Payments are a simple weekly direct debit, and you can pause or cancel anytime with notice. We focus on keeping you motivated and supported — not locked in.
What happens when I start?
You’ll start with other new members while training alongside other members. Mark (your trainer) will guide you through the basics—or refresh your skills if you’ve boxed before—so you build confidence, improve technique, and enjoy every session.
Do I need to be fit to start?
Absolutely not. Our sessions are designed for all fitness levels. You’ll progress at your own pace while building strength, confidence, and stamina.
I’ve never boxed before — is that okay?
Yes! Most members start with no boxing experience. Our sessions focus on fun, easy-to-learn techniques that get you moving, relieve stress, and feel empowering from your very first class.
What should I bring?
Just comfortable workout clothes, water, and a positive attitude! You can bring your own boxing gloves and pads or borrow ours.
