Each session runs for approximately 60 minutes and all the equipment you need (boxing gloves, pads etc.) will be provided for you to use.

Penrith Training Location

We have a great location for our boxing fitness sessions; York Public School (224 Evan Street, South Penrith NSW 2750). There is ample parking and a main hall which has air conditioning, heating, fans, toilets and an outdoor undercover area.

Hello! My name is Mark Steenholdt, the founder of Look Good Feel Good Fitness. I’m a qualified personal trainer and have successfully completed a group exercise leader course and a boxing for fitness leader course.

I always strive to create a welcoming environment where you can have fun and reap the benefits of keeping fit.

It’s just $134.90 to take the 8 Week Challenge at Penrith (8 boxing fitness sessions over an 8 week period); that works out at less than $17 per session.
