    1. I understand that only the participants of the fitness sessions (aged 16+) can come into York Public School (224 Evan Street South Penrith NSW 2750) where the group fitness sessions will be held. I agree to not bring children or anyone else.

    2. I acknowledge that photos & videos may be taken at the sessions and Mark Steenholdt may use these photos & videos in advertising material to promote his business.

    3.I acknowledge that participating in this physical activity is done at my own risk. I accept all risks and release Mark Steenholdt (and any other trainer acting on behalf of Mark Steenholdt/Look Good Feel Good Fitness) from any liability associated with my participation in the physical activity.
    I acknowledge that participating in this physical activity may involve a risk of injury. I attest to being physically capable of participating in physical activity and a qualified medical practitioner has not advised me otherwise. I am not aware of any medical condition, injury or impairment that will be detrimental to my health if I participate in this physical activity. I will advise my trainer immediately if I become aware of any medical condition, injury or impairment in the future.

    4. I acknowledge sessions will not run on public holiday and refunds will not be provided for any sessions I miss during the 6 week challenge & any payments made for the current 6 week challenge will not be credited towards future challenges.
