    Terms and Conditions:

    1. I understand that only the participants of the fitness sessions (aged 16+) can come into York Public School (224 Evan Street South Penrith NSW 2750) where the group fitness sessions will be held. I agree to not bring children or anyone else.

    2. I acknowledge that photos & videos may be taken at the sessions and Mark Steenholdt may use these photos & videos in advertising material to promote his business.

    3.I acknowledge that participating in this physical activity is done at my own risk. I accept all risks and release Mark Steenholdt (and any other trainer acting on behalf of Mark Steenholdt/Look Good Feel Good Fitness) from any liability associated with my participation in the physical activity.
    I acknowledge that participating in this physical activity may involve a risk of injury. I attest to being physically capable of participating in physical activity and a qualified medical practitioner has not advised me otherwise. I am not aware of any medical condition, injury or impairment that will be detrimental to my health if I participate in this physical activity. I will advise my trainer immediately if I become aware of any medical condition, injury or impairment in the future.

    4. I acknowledge Mark Steenholdt reserves the right to change the classes/class timetable at any time.

    5. I acknowledge sessions won't run on public holidays.
    I acknowledge refunds will not be provided for any sessions I miss & any payments made will not be credited towards future weeks. I acknowledge if I wish to pause or cancel my direct debit payments, I will notify Mark Steenholdt
    I will allow 7 days for my payments to be paused or cancelled.

    The final step is to sign up for direct debit payments with FFA Paysmart (secure payment processor) There’s no lock in contracts. You can cancel any time.
